RETURNS 
Purchases made through sugarandspiceapparel.com may be returned within 14 days of the original ship date. If we receive the order within 14 days of the original ship date, you will receive a full refund for your order. Shipping costs will not be refunded.

To be eligible for a refund, garments must be unworn, with original tags and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We have the right to deny a return after the time period has lapsed. Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned. 

*Gift cards, bodysuits, intimates, swim, items on sale, shoes and accessories may not be returned for a refund; unless received damaged, defective, or the wrong item(s) was shipped. Exchanges are to be mailed back within 14 days of the original ship date.

REFUNDS 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

EXCHANGES 
If you love the item you received but need a different size and wish to exchange, the best way to ensure you receive this item is to place a new order immediately. Inventory is limited, so once items are sold out, they may not be restocked! You may also email us at support@sugarandspiceapparel.com to initiate an exchange, but this process will be slower than placing a new order.

If you were shipped the wrong item, we are so sorry for the trouble! Please email us at support@sugarandspiceapparel.com. We will ship the correct item immediately and will issue a refund for the cost of return shipping.

SHIPPING 
To return your product, please email us at support@sugarandspiceapparel.com so we can provide you with our return mailing address. 

*You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs to return your item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for your return. 

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES 
All packages are shipped via USPS. For help finding your lost or stolen packages, please contact your local USPS and provide them your tracking information which has been emailed to you. We are not liable for lost or stolen packages once it has been labeled delivered via tracking.
