+ we accept returns postmarked within 14 days of delivery date.
+ refunds are issued in the form of store credit or exchange only. store credit never expires, so you may hold on to your store credit until you see something else you love!
+ any order placed that you wish to cancel must be cancelled within 4 hours. every single return or cancellation of an order will be issued as a store credit. you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for your return item.
+ returns must be received in new condition; unworn, unwashed, and with original tags. items returned with obvious use, makeup, deodorant, perfume, or similar product stains or smells may be subject to refusal. s&s reserves the right to refuse any item(s) if they do not meet the above criteria.
*ITEMS CAN BE DENIED FOR RETURN IF ANY OF THE FOLLOWING APPLY:
- Washed and/or worn
- Deodorant marks
- Makeup or self tanner
- Stains of any kind
- Detached tags of any kind: size or wash tags, neck tags, or hang tags
- Animal/human hair
- Lingering odor (i.e. smoke, cologne/perfume, body odor, or detergent)
- Any visible wear or damage
Hygienic swimwear liner removed
- If any pieces are missing (i.e. padding, tops or bottoms if a set)
- Damage from external forces
+ gift cards, bodysuits, intimates, shoes, hats, and accessories may not be returned unless received damaged, defective, or the wrong item(s) shipped.
+ reduced + sale items are considered final sale and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged (unless for a different size of the same item).
+ exchanges are to be mailed back within 14 days of the delivery date.
+ once your return is received and processed, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned item(s) and the details of your store credit or exchanged item.

+ your original shipping charge is non-refundable. you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for your return item. we will provide you with a return shipping label, which will be deducted from you store credit, or you may choose any carrier you like and purchase a label on your own. please include your original invoice or order number in the return package.
+ if a special offer or promotion is used to make a purchase (for example, Buy One, Get One 50% Off), then all items must be returned to receive a full refund in the form of store credit. If only one of the items is returned, then your store credit will be reduced to the amount of the returned item, minus the value of the discount received on the order, based on the special offer.
+ we do not do price adjustments on previously bought merchandise and items bought during special store promotions are subject to specific refund protocols as mentioned above. s&s has the right to refuse any items if they do not meet the above criteria.
+ if 14 days have gone by since you ordered your item(s), unfortunately you will not be eligible for an exchange or store credit.
+ please note, it is the customer's responsibility to enter the correct shipping address, therefore items will not be replaced or refunded if sent to an incorrectly entered address. if your order was returned to us, we will reach out to you and work out a solution.

FINAL NOTE: Sugar & Spice Apparel strives to provide a diverse clothing selection to appeal to our many customers. These various items are made out of a wide assortment of materials that have different and specific care instructions. Within each of our garments, a 'care instructions' label can be found which will provide details on how to wash and take care of your specific garment correctly, so that it receives the care it needs. These care instructions may be found on a label sewn inside of the clothing, typically on the inner side seam or at the back of the neck. Sugar & Spice Apparel recommends following the care instructions on each specific garment so that your clothing stays in the best possible condition. Once our garments are in the hands of our customers, we cannot take responsibility for how those garments are taken care of. We expect that our customers are able to locate and read the 'care of' instructions, paying close attention to those materials that may need more gentle and delicate care.
