Purchases made through sugarandspiceapparel.com may be returned within 14 days of the original ship date. If we receive the order within 14 days of the original ship date, you will receive a full refund for your order.
To return your item(s), follow the steps below:
1. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and request a return label. Please include your full name, email, and order number in your email.
2. We will send you your return label via email.
3. Print out the provided USPS label and tape it to the outside of your Sugar & Spice Apparel return.
5. Mail it off; we'll do the rest!

We recommend shipping with insurance and keeping your shipping receipts until your return is processed. Sugar & Spice Apparel is not responsible for missing, damaged, or lost packages in transit.
If you love the item you received but need a different size and wish to exchange, the best way to ensure you receive this item is to place a new order immediately. Inventory is limited, so once items are sold out, they may not be restocked! You may also email us at email@example.com to initiate an exchange, but this process can be slower than placing a new order.
If you were shipped the wrong item, we are so sorry for the trouble! Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will ship the correct item immediately, at no additional cost.
To make exchanges fast and easy, it is best to create a new order for the exchange item you'd like to receive. When the order is created, you are asked to provide a method of payment that will be charged at that time. After the order is paid for, it will be processed and shipped out promptly. When we receive your return, you will be refunded for your original item(s).
If you need to return an item, please email us at email@example.com. We will then send you a USPS Return Label, which you must print. We recommend shipping with insurance and keeping your shipping receipts until your return is processed.
Our automatic shipping option has your order arrive within 5-7 business days. If you would prefer your package to arrive sooner, you may select priority shipping which guarantees arrival in 3-5 business days.
Once your order has shipped, you will be emailed a tracking number. Tracking will be available the day after your order is shipped out. If your order is shipped via USPS, you can view the progress by tracking your package at https://www.usps.com/.
We offer Free Return Shipping if you use our USPS Return Label within 7 days of receiving your order. If any items are returned after 7 days of receipt, a return shipping charge of $7 will be assessed. You may also ship back the return with an insured and traceable shipping carrier of your choice. We recommend obtaining a receipt for all shipments and keeping it for your records. We can not provide a return label for Hawaii and Alaska.
If you have entered an incorrect shipping address, please email us as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can correct your address. Once your package has shipped, USPS charges a $13.45 Package Intercept fee plus transportation fees to change an address. This charge can be billed to your original method of payment, or a new method of payment can be provided to cover these costs.
All packages are shipped via USPS. For help finding lost or stolen packages, please contact your local USPS and provide them your tracking information which has been emailed to you. We are not liable for lost or stolen packages once it has been labeled delivered via tracking.
